Letter To Clients from Your Veterinary Clinic Team
As a friendly reminder, we want to update you on our current curbside protocol. We expect to continue curbside services for at least a few more months. With winter now upon us, we have revised some of our procedures to accommodate our clients and staff better.
For pickup of food and prescriptions, we are placing them in a tote at the front of the clinic for contactless pickup. Please let us know when you would like to pick up your order and we will set it outside in the tote. We are asking that you pay over the phone with a credit card either at the time of the order or at the time of pickup. For those of you that would like, we can store your credit card information securely on your account.
For appointments, we ask that you call the Ark when you arrive. We will have you talk to a Technician or Assistant about the details of your pet's appointment and any concerns you may have over the phone. We will then have you bring your pet to the front door to meet us for a more secure transfer. If you are unable to do so, please let us know. After the appointment, we will then call you about exam findings, and to check out over the phone. Once completed we will have you meet us at the door to transfer your pet back safely to you along with any prescriptions and receipt.
Please plan to stay in the parking lot until your pet's appointment is over. We ask that you keep your phone on and available so that we can reach you when needed.
During any interaction with us, please wear a mask that fully covers your mouth, nose, and chin at all times. Please social distance when possible.
Due to the curbside protocols and increased call volume, your appointment may take longer than usual. Please anticipate possible delays. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding!
We are really looking forward to the day we can see our clients in person!
