Letter To Clients from Your Veterinary Clinic Team
We would like to update you on our Covid protocol. After over a year of “curbside service” we will now begin allowing clients in with their pets on a limited basis as of May 3rd. Please review our current procedures and call if you have any questions.
For appointments, please call the Ark when you arrive at 218-732-3119. We will have a Technician or Assistant meet you at the front door to take you back to an exam room, at that time they will go over the details of the appointment and any concerns you may have. At this time, we will only be allowing one person to come in with each pet. We prefer to have only one pet in the exam room at a time.
After your appointment you will be checked out at the front desk or in the exam room.
If you prefer or are unable to come in with your pet, we will continue to provide curbside service. Call us when you arrive, and we will have you speak to a Technician or Assistant to go over the appointment and any concerns you may have. We will then have them meet you to transfer your pet. Please plan to stay in the parking lot until your pet’s appointment is over.
We will continue curbside service for food and prescriptions. Please let us know when you would like to pick up your order and we will set it outside in the tote. We are asking that you pay over the phone with a credit card either at the time of the order or at the time of pickup.
During all interactions we ask that you wear a mask that fully covers your mouth, nose and chin. The mask should be worn at all times even if you have been vaccinated. Please social distance when possible.
